Can I book individual services instead of a package?
Yes. In addition to our marketing package solutions, you can book individual advertising formats – e.g. advertising in trade fair media, at the exhibition stand or on the exhibition grounds. This allows you to expand your reach where it has the greatest effect for you. Bookings are also made via the Online-Order-System.
How do I book a media package?
All packages and individual services can be conveniently booked via the Online Order System (OOS). There you will also find detailed descriptions and prices.
When should I book?
We recommend booking early to secure the best placements in the media and limited packages (e.g. event partner packages). This allows you to benefit from maximum reach in the run-up to the trade fair.
How are the costs billed?
The media fee is billed together with the stand booking. Other media services are billed transparently via the online ordering system. With vouchers, for example, you only pay for tickets that are actually redeemed (‘pay per use’).
How can I measure my success?
Your success is measurable: reach figures, leads, newsletter responses, banner clicks and the number of vouchers redeemed are all available to you. In addition, tools such as Scan2Lead allow you to digitally capture all visitor data directly at your stand and export it for your lead management.
